Campground reservations

Reservations are first come first served and subject to selling out. To secure your RV site, Luxory Cottage, rv rental, or Conestoga Wagon, please reach out to “RV resort” directly, specifying your attendance at the “Southern Ally Rally”. We’ve arranged exclusive pricing for rally participants for the entire week of March 2nd through 9th, 2025.

– RV site $500 (All taxes and fees included). You can reserve for a shorter duration and still recieve discoutned pricing

– Golf cart rentals %30 off advertised prices (First come first served they have a limited quanity)

Step one: Reach out directly to “RV Resort” to make your RV site, Luxury Cottage, Conestoga Wagon, or RV rental reservations for the “Southern Ally Rally.” Reservations are first come first served and they are subject to selling out.

Step two: After confirming your RV site with “RV Resort”, purchase your event ticket(s) by visiting our website here. Please purchase one ticket for each attendee.

Rally attendees not camping at "RV Resort"

Feel free to join us at “RV Resort” for the 4th Southern Ally Rally, even if you choose not to stay onsite. Prior notification of your attendance without onsite lodging is essential. To comply with the “RV Resort” requirements, all rally attendees must be registered as visitors to a campsite. The visitor limit is set at four people per site, and coordination will be necessary to identify your designated site.

Please note that all visitors must purchase a rally event ticket and register at the “RV Resort” Store upon arrival. “RV Resort” imposes a visitor fee. Wristbands will be provided and must be worn at all times while on the property. Ensure a seamless experience by notifying us in advance, and get ready to enjoy the Southern Ally Rally!

Rally attendance ticket purchase

– We understand that plans change and sometimes we cannot control our travel schedules. We will issue refunds for ticket purchases up to January 31st, 2025 minus a $5.00 cancelation fee per ticket. The cancelation fee covers the credit card processing fee and taxes.

– Due to the final attendance numbers being turned in for t-shirt orders and catering we cannot refund any cancellations occurring on or after February 1st, 2025.
